By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Website.
The website in its entirety is not accessible by visitors, users and others. Members in good standing wishing to access the site for conducting Club business, do so through the use of password protected sign in. There is no access to the Club’s business sections of the website to anyone other than Members in good standing. Members in good standing are provided access by the Webmaster at the direction of the Board of Directors.
Purchases: If you wish to pay dues made available through the Website (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your Name and credit card information.
Shipping: The Club does not ship any products.
Content: Our Website allows Members to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for the validity and legality of the content placed and that it does not promote or endorse entities that are not associated with us, or consistent with the purpose of the Club.
Refund Policy: Dues payments can be refunded with a valid justification and within Club’s bylaws by coordinating with the Dues Chairman.

We has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.
